Sample - Study Set

Please note that this is a SAMPLE set of study drawings. Content of study sets will vary with each individual house. They are printed in 8-1/2" x 11" or 11" x 17" format (depending on the house size) and include all floor plans and elevations. If available, photos may also be included.

NOTE: Purchasing a study set is a practical and financially reasonable way to verify construction feasibility and your personal satisfaction with a plan prior to purchasing the full plan set.
